In the 3rd quarter of 2016, James Fisher announced that it would be merging JFMS contracting, JF Subsea, Hughes SSE and Mojo Maritime together to form a new, stronger organisation under the banner James Fisher Marine Services. The new JFMS has 3 primary operating divisions, namely:

  • Renewable services
  • Marine projects
  • Subsea

About James Marine Services:

James Fisher Marine Services was formed in 2015, bringing together the James Fisher and Sons plc group, air/nitrox diving, dive equipment, ROV, subsea survey assets and operations under one umbrella.

Subsea operations:

With a deep understanding of subsea diving in renewables, civils and ordnance as well as oil and gas projects worldwide, JFMS provides a group-wide subsea solution to better service its customers and streamline operations.

We provide complete operational solutions to environments with difficult access. Be it underwater, working from a height or within a confined space, JFMS have the experienced personnel and the required equipment to provide cost effective solutions within both on and offshore environments.

Diving services:

Osiris Marine Services and Fendercare Marine’s diving operations have been merged to create a single diving entity. Osiris and Fendercare have a combined experience of 30+ years, providing inshore and offshore diving services to both private companies and public sector clients throughout the world.

Dive equipment:

JFMS is a leading manufacturer and provider of diving equipment for sale or hire.

ROV services:

JFMS is a specialist in providing reliable ROV systems, utilising proven, cutting-edge technology, together with highly experienced, qualified personnel for underwater surveys, inspections, construction and diver support. Its success is founded on a high quality team of personnel with extensive experience in the subsea industry.
